Terms of Service

Provide accurate, current account and contact information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity made through your account. Do not create accounts for another person, share access, or use Ridelivo for an unlawful purpose.

Drivers and couriers must provide complete vehicle information, including VIN where requested, and maintain all licences, registrations, insurance, approvals, and legal requirements needed to provide their service.

Submitting a request asks Ridelivo to find an available driver or courier; it does not guarantee immediate assignment, a particular vehicle, route, arrival time, or acceptance. Provide correct pickup, drop-off, landmark, directions, recipient, and package information.

Customers are responsible for safely packing delivery and courier items. Do not send illegal, dangerous, hazardous, stolen, perishable without arrangement, or prohibited items. Ridelivo may refuse, cancel, or report a request that creates a safety, legal, or operational concern.

Displayed fares may be estimates. The final fare can reflect the actual metered distance, route, service, reservation fee, applicable charges, and adjustments shown for the completed request. Prices include General Consumption Tax (GCT) where stated by Ridelivo.

You authorize the selected payment method or available wallet funds for amounts due. A wallet will not be intentionally made negative; any unpaid amount remains due. Cash deposits require confirmation by Ridelivo before they become available wallet funds.

Vouchers are single-use unless clearly stated otherwise and may be limited by value, account, expiry, and other stated conditions. Promo codes may expire, have usage limits, be withdrawn, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless Ridelivo expressly says so.

Cancel a request promptly if it is no longer needed. Fees, holds, refunds, or outstanding balances may apply as shown in the service. Drivers, couriers, dispatchers, and Ridelivo may cancel or reassign a request for safety, legal, payment, availability, or operational reasons.

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, defraud, impersonate, interfere with the service, misuse location tracking, or use Ridelivo to facilitate unlawful activity. Treat every customer, driver, courier, store, and team member respectfully.

Ridelivo may send service notices through the app, email, SMS, or WhatsApp when you opt in. Message and data charges may apply. Keep your contact details current. Ridelivo may update these Terms or the service; continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms where legally permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply in Jamaica, except where another applicable law requires otherwise.
